Salutations Singing Telegrams was established in 1990. Our founder and owner is Karen Amster. Karen has 30 years of experience in the entertainment business. She previously worked for a local television station in Philadelphia. Karen also worked as a song writer for a singing telegram company while in Philly.

Karen is a gifted lyricist. She can take a few facts about a recipient and mold it into a hilarious and entertaing song. Given a photo of the recipient, Karen can also create humorous cartoons. Finally Karen developed the concept of the "YourBook" which combines both song lyrics and cartoons into truly memorable gift.
